Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Processing: If the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Deductions: Please note that original shipping costs (if any) and return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel your order after we have informed you that it has been shipped, you will only be refunded once the shipment returns to us and minus the shipping cost.
